Massage Therapy

At the beginning of each session, we will discuss your concerns and your desired outcomes from the massage. Each massage is then tailored to your needs. I incorporate a variety of massage modalities with each massage. These include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, cupping and trigger point. Session length can vary from 40 minutes to 90 minutes.
